♡ Responsibility: Once your package leaves our facility, it is under UPS supervision. For delivery questions or issues, please contact UPS directly with your tracking number.

Wig Orders: Please allow 2-3 days for processing and 3-5 days for prep & light customization. Once complete, it will be shipped out arriving between 2-5 busines days.

♡ Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
♡ We strongly encourage you to double-check your order details before checkout (length, texture, lace type, etc.).
♡ If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
♡ Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging to be considered for any resolution.
♡ We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions.
