Can I place my order online and pick it up ?
Unfortunately, all online orders must be shipped. We do not offer local pickup at this time. Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped directly to your provided address.

Every purchase includes a Blush Note, our signature love letter, reminding you of your worth. You’re not just getting luxury hair—you’re getting affirmation, support, and power in every strand. What are your processing and shipping times?
For bundles, closures, and frontals, please allow 2 to 3 business days for processing and packaging. Once your order is processed, shipping typically takes between 2 to 4 business days via UPS. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
For custom wig orders, please allow 2 to 3 business days for initial processing, plus an additional 3 to 5 business days for prep and customization. Once complete, the wig will ship and arrive within 2 to 3 business days.
After your order leaves our facility, it is under the care of UPS, and any delivery issues should be directed to them using your tracking number. We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages, or added taxes that are incurred by the country that you reside in.

Can I cancel my order or get a refund?
Yes, but only within 24 hours of placing your order. You have a one-day grace period to cancel and receive a full refund. After that 24-hour window, all sales are final. No cancellations or refunds will be accepted after this point.
What’s the difference between Raw Hair and Virgin Hair?
Our Sacred Collection features Raw Hair—the highest quality we offer. It’s completely unprocessed, chemical-free, and blends beautifully with natural hair. Because it’s raw, it’s full of texture and body, though not as soft or uniform as virgin hair. This is real hair from one donor in its most authentic form, built to last 3 - 4+ years with proper care.
Our Signature Collection offers Virgin Hair—still premium & chemical-free but gently steamed for consistent textures like body wave. It’s softer, sleeker, and more uniform, lasting 2+ years perfect for everyday glam with less maintenance. Choose Sacred for raw, unmatched luxury or Signature for effortless, polished beauty.
Can I dye or bleach the hair?
Yes, both raw and virgin hair can be dyed or bleached. However, we highly recommend having a professional stylist handle all chemical processing to preserve the integrity and lifespan of the hair.
How long does the hair last?
With proper care, raw hair can last 3 to 4 years or longer. Virgin hair typically lasts 1.5 to 2+ years. Longevity depends on how well you maintain your extensions or units, including washing, conditioning, storing, and avoiding excessive heat or chemical damage.
What are your payment policies?
By placing an order with Saint Hair Co., you confirm that you are the authorized cardholder or have permission to use the selected payment method. All payments are securely processed through our trusted payment provider. We do not store or have access to your full card details. Any suspicious or fraudulent activity will result in the cancellation of your order and may be reported. We reserve the right to deny service to anyone engaging in unauthorized or questionable transactions.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns under any circumstances due to hygienic reasons. Exchanges are only approved in rare cases where the product arrives damaged or there has been a verified error on our part. If you believe your order qualifies for an exchange, you must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. You must also provide clear photos of the item and original packaging for verification. The item must be unused, in original condition, and returned with the receipt. If approved, we will send instructions for how to proceed. Shipping costs for exchanges may apply. We do not offer exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect selections, or used products. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.
Do your wigs come ready to wear?
Our wigs are machine-made, include a band and clips for security, and come partially customized. However, we recommend minor tweaks (like more tinting or plucking if preferred) for the most flawless melt. Custom wigs may require additional styling based on customer preference once received. Remember: the slay is in the details.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
Once a package leaves our facility and is scanned by UPS, we are no longer responsible for its handling. If your package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, you’ll need to file a claim directly with UPS. We strongly recommend selecting a secure delivery address.
How should I care for my hair?
Use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner. Avoid heavy oils and excessive heat. Treat your bundles and wigs like your real hair—because that’s what it is. Gentle, consistent care = long-lasting beauty.
