♡ Please allow 2-3 days for payment processing. Once complete, it will be quality checked & shipped out arriving between 2-5 busines days.

♡ You will recieve an email with the tracking number once shipped.

♡ Once it leaves our facility, If you have any questions contact UPS with the tracking number as it is now under their supervision.

Wig Shipping Policy

Refunds & Cancellation

♡ You have 48 hours after your order is placed to cancel it and receive a refund.

♡ After the 48 hour grace period, your order is finalized and all sales are final.

♡ While we aim to match your request as closely as possible, minor variations in color, curl pattern, or density may occur due to the nature of raw and virgin hair. These variations are normal and not considered defects.
